New TGF11 Tracer Gas Filler for Efficient Test Gas Handling

When leak testing your products with a tracer gas, helium or diluted hydrogen, it is crucial that you have tracer gas everywhere inside your test object, and at the right time and the right pressure. The new stand-alone INFICON TGF11 Tracer Gas Filler lowers process costs by optimizing and accelerating this process. It independently fills the test parts completely and controls the filling pressure in the test parts. The device has two test gas connections and fills low pressure test rapidly. The new user interface allows easy, intuitive control of the instrument, facilitates setup, and minimizes operating errors. The INFICON TGF11 is well-suited for use in industrial serial production.

The Tracer Gas Filler TGF11 ensures that there is tracer gas in the entire test object at the right time and at the right pressure. It also evacuates the tracer gas after the leak test, to avoid releasing tracer gas which can cause false leak indications in the work area. For the evacuation, INFICON uses a cost-effective Venturi® pump with no moving parts, reducing maintenance expense. The INFICON TGF11 can use both helium and forming gas (hydrogen-nitrogen mixture) as the test gases. In combination with the INFICON hydrogen and helium leak detectors, such as the new hydrogen leak detector Sensistor Sentrac, customers receive a total high-performance package for leak testing sniffer applications.
