INFICON adds Hydrogen Leak Detectors to its Product Portfolio
INFICON recently acquired Adixen Scandinavia AB (formerly Sensistor) from Pfeiffer Vacuum. With about 20 employees mainly in R&D, marketing and applications, Adixen Scandinavia is a global leader in leak detection with hydrogen as a testing gas. Such leak detectors are used to check applications with potentially higher leak rates in industries such as public utilities, automotive, fuel cell technology, and medical.
What is the new INFICON Hydrogen Leak Detector called?
The Sensistor trademark will be kept as the product family name followed by a model designation. For example, the basic hydrogen leak detector is now the INFICON Sensistor ISH2000 and the explosion-proof version is the INFICON Sensistor Extrima. Contact your local sales office for additional information on how to order and delivery times.
Where do I go for sales and service of Sensistor Hydrogen Leak Detectors?
Send your request for quote and orders for any Sensistor product and their spare parts to your local INFICON office. You can also get service and support for your Sensistor product by contacting your local INFICON sales representative.
What is the future of the Sensistor product line?
INFICON plans to further support and develop the Sensistor product line and also look for synergies between INFICON and Sensistor technologies for future products.
