The TC3000L Large Rigid Chamber for leak testing of rigid battery cells
Did you know that you can easily test rigid battery cells - in larger quantities and in one run - with the newly released TC3000L chamber?
The TC3000L Large Rigid Chamber is an accessory to the ELT3000 Battery Leak Detector, specifically developed for leak test of rigid battery cells such as coin, cylindrical and prismatic cells.
Thanks to the generous volume of 12 liters, it is possible to test larger rigid battery cells for leaks. The larger volume of the TC3000L also allows smaller rigid battery cells to be tested in larger quantities in one test run, significantly increasing your throughput.
With the use of an external pump, you can also reduce the pump-down time and efficiently increase your production capacity with a faster cycle time.
Besides the TC3000L, the INFICON portfolio offers the small chamber TC3000S and the flexible chamber FTC3000. Offering different chamber size alternatives as part of the same product family gives you the possibility to find the right solution to your specific manufacturing requirements.
