FabGuard fully supports the following web browsers:
Microsoft is no longer supporting Internet Explorer beyond Windows 10. FabGuard uses several modern web standards that IE 11 has not been upgraded to support. We recommend migration to a supported browser to avoid loss of functionality.
Tablet and mobile devices can view FabGuard Web, generate Reports, view Run Files, and show any content that can be displayed in a Web page. However, because they do not run Windows, they cannot launch Managers as a Client.
Microsoft has made an update to the Edge browser that prevents calling software help directly from the program interface. This is a known issue that has not yet been resolved by Microsoft.
Change the default browser to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to call software help from the program interface.
